Description

Easy-to-use expander with a rotating hydraulic adjustment handle. Originally ¥5,748.
- Type: Expander
- Color: Black/Red
- Design: Rotating strength adjustment
- Grip: Non-slip finish

No instruction manual is included, but you can adjust the strength by turning the ring at the end of the grip. No counter, no charging required.
Allows you to apply appropriate force for exercises such as chest presses.
It seems beneficial for exercise to apply force gradually with hydraulics for about 20 seconds per repetition, rather than just holding a static position.
When shipped, a spread-stop pin is inserted into the machine. Please be careful to remove it before use.
