Vintage EJB Reuge Swiss Chalet Jewelry Music Box Vienna Woods Melody

Estimated to date to the early to mid-1970s, this charming chalet was handcrafted by EJB (Ed. Jobin AG) and fitted with a genuine Swiss Reuge mechanical musical movement. It features a classic alpine design with a steep roof, balcony, shutters, chimney, lace curtains, hand-applied floral accents, and a hidden jewelry/trinket compartment beneath the hinged roof.  The music box has been tested and plays beautifully, performing Johann Strauss II's Geschichten aus dem Wienerwald (Tales from the Vienna Woods) with a rich, clear tone. Original Reuge Swiss Musical Movement and EJB Made in Switzerland labels remain intact.
