Description
Adorable Peggy Pen Pal with her original clothing and shoes & socks. Her hair ties are gone and she has none of the writing utensils. The dress has a pinhole in it and the ribbon is messy. Both elbows bend and she swivels at the waist. Her hair is in good overall condition but has marks on the side that has no tie in it. Great vintage doll.
