Nearly half of the polyester [washable kimonos] that Mika sources end up in a state where they cannot be used again after washing, with threads pulling or the fabric becoming baggy and changing texture.

To prevent this, Mika always pre-washes items before listing them to check for any changes in condition and ensure that only items in good condition are delivered.
