This is a basket that was used for the lucky bag (fukubukuro) at the Korean Starbucks.
The lucky bag items were originally inside this basket, but only the contents were removed, and the basket has been stored without personal use.
It is made of PVC and polyester, and the description states it can be used as a bucket for outdoor activities like camping (you can put water in it). (It can be used for washing vegetables, etc. ^.^)
