It can be used with either model.
There are two tabs on the top of the deodorizing filter. Gently pry them open to remove the top lid and replace the activated carbon inside.
As stated in the instruction manual, replacement is recommended every 4 to 6 months.
As shown in the last photo, the activated carbon will be packed in a bag and shipped in a cardboard box via Yu-Packet Post to prevent it from being crushed.
