This was used for indoor bike training at home.
I used it by placing a cycling training mat on top of this mat, so there were no intense movements, and no sweat or dirt stains. I believe the condition is quite close to new.
As mentioned above, it was used for cycle smart trainers (which make a noise similar to a vacuum cleaner), but thanks to this mat, it provided soundproofing and vibration dampening, so its performance is undeniable.
