Brand new, sealed in original factory packaging. Never opened.  Tandy Leather Factory Quick Kits Bone Choker Kit, model #4352-00. Part of the EZ TO-DO series.  Includes suede lace, synthetic bone beads, a silver-tone decorative piece, pony beads, and findings. You'll need scissors, craft glue, jewelry pliers, and a ruler to complete it, none of that is included.  Not recommended for children under 8.  honestly this has just been sitting in storage so it's dusty on the outside of the package but the seal is intact and everything inside should be fine, you'd probably want to wipe the package down when it arrives, well good project kit if you're into making your own jewelry or want to try leathercraft without buying a bunch of supplies separately.
