The only flaw is that the thread that held the one side of them bow in pleats came undone which most dance moms can probably fix that in a jiffy with just a couple threads. Me, I'm not a dance mom, and I didn't want to try and mess it up. According to Google a 1C Weissman size is roughly a Small/Medium Child, around a size 7/8 but I am including measurements so that you can best decide on size and fit.
