Golden Pottery Honey Jar Crock Lid Wood Dipper Heavy Stoneware Vintage

Vintage Golden Pottery honey jar featuring a substantial, handcrafted stoneware design in warm cream, brown, and dark blue tones. The front has a raised HONEY label, and the removable lid includes an opening for the wooden honey dipper. This is a wonderfully heavy, well-made piece weighing approximately 2 lbs 8 oz. The lid comes completely off rather than being attached to the jar. The wooden dipper shows wear and may need to be replaced. It will still be included to help the buyer locate a properly sized replacement. There is also a small firing crack or flaw on the underside of the jar, as pictured. It does not appear to extend through the jar. Measures approximately 5.5 inches tall and 4 3/8 inches wide across the base. A charming rustic addition to a farmhouse kitchen, pottery collection, or honey-themed display. Please read full description and view all photos carefully — they are part of the description.
