Quoted from Google AI:

ALLEGRO is the model name of a violin bow produced by Finkel, a long-established and prestigious workshop in Switzerland.

While it has now been succeeded by the LEFIN model, it remains popular in the used market and is known as a high-quality bow suitable for beginner to intermediate players considering an upgrade.

Key Features and Specifications:
High-Quality Material: The stick is made of Pernambuco wood, considered the finest material for bows.
Playability: It is lightweight and easy to handle, producing a bright and powerful tone. It possesses a good balance of stiffness (spring) and smoothness, with excellent operability due to its rigidity (strength).
Appearance and Decoration:
The ALLEGRO is stamped on the stick.
The wrapping often features an octagonal shape, and nickel silver is commonly used for the metal fittings.

Target Audience: Recommended for those looking to upgrade from a beginner instrument or improve from a practice bow.
This is an older bow, but it is in beautiful condition overall. The wrapping, grip, screw, metal parts around the frog, and slide are all clean. Please check the photos.

The hair was likely replaced with new black (brown) hair by the previous owner.
Black hair may be a good match for the ALLEGRO bow.
