While many bows were produced at the LABERTE-HUMBERT workshop, which was also Marc Laberte's workshop at the time, the MARC LABERTE stamp certifies it as his own work.

It features strong and elastic high-quality Pernambuco wood, a slender stick characteristic of modern French bows, and a beautifully crafted curve.
Due to the use of high-quality, strong, and elastic Pernambuco wood from that period, the stick is finished with a slender profile, as is typical of French bows.

The stick is made of beautiful reddish-brown Pernambuco wood.
The type of Pernambuco wood used is 'Caesalpinia Echinata'.
Pernambuco wood, an evergreen tree from the Fabaceae family, is said to be the most suitable wood for violin bows due to its hardness.

The frog is original from that era, meticulously handcrafted from 'Madagascar ebony wood', with beautiful natural mother-of-pearl inlay on the eye.
The fittings are made of nickel, and the screw mechanism is of French standard.
