This is a 4/4 size (full size) violin bow.
I am selling it as I am organizing my collection of bows.
[Features]
Stick: Octagonal. It has good resilience and is solidly constructed.
Material: Judging by the dense grain and deep reddish-brown color, it appears to be made of high-quality Pernambuco wood (though not guaranteed, the texture is different from inexpensive woods like Brazilwood).
Weight: 59g (measured with a kitchen scale).
Slightly lighter than standard (around 60g), it offers excellent playability. This bow makes fast passages and delicate control easier.
Frog: Ebony, single eye, 3-piece button.
Style: Based on the head shape and construction features, it is presumed to have been made in a workshop around Markneukirchen, Germany (no stamp is visible).
[Condition]
No significant bends or warps are observed in the stick.
The screw operates smoothly.
The hair is a consumable item, so please have it replaced as needed (it should still produce sound as is, but consider it mainly for protection during shipping).
