Almost Unopened 8mm Video Tapes Hi8 VHS-C Bulk Sale with Cleaner

Thank you for looking.

This is a set of old video camera tapes that were found while cleaning out my parents' home.

All are new and unopened (one has a torn package but is unused), but they have been stored for a long time.
Would these be suitable for someone looking to dub old footage or record new content?

■Items Included:
・8mm Video Tapes / Hi8 Tapes (TDK, SONY, SANYO, etc.): 14 tapes
・VHS-C Tapes (TDK): 1 tape
・8mm Video Head Cleaner (SUN CROW): 2 units

*As I am not an expert, please check the images for details of the packaging.

■Condition:
・All are unopened, but have been stored in a dark place at my parents' home for a long time.
・The outer shrink wrap (clear film) may have scuffs, and the packaging may show some signs of age-related deterioration.
・As they are unopened, we cannot guarantee the operation or quality of the tapes themselves.
Please only consider purchasing if you understand that these are retro media and old items.
Due to shipping costs, we are not considering selling them individually and will only sell them as a set.
