This is a zombie action game set in 1959 Pennsylvania, USA, where a man who died an absurd death is resurrected as a zombie and goes around eating brains.
By possessing a zombie's arm, you can also control humans, turning them into zombies to create a zombie army and plunge the town into terror.

While there are many games where you hunt zombies, this is a rare title where you become the zombie and can hunt humans to your heart's content.
