Just ride and enjoy while listening to music or watching videos. Your balance will improve and your core will be significantly strengthened. You'll get used to riding it for longer periods as you get better.

High-difficulty balance training improves muscle strength, joint mobility, and coordination. It's also ideal for snowboard, skateboard, and surf training.

It's not as bulky as a balance ball, so storage is not an issue (I used to lean it against the wall).
