Scoop's High Low Tie Dye Peasant Skirt has a ruffle hem different shades of blue. 100% Crinkle Rayon Fabric, elasticized waist, flowy silhouette. Machine washable. In great pre-owned condition; the only thing to note are some indentations in the waistband that look like they could be from hangers, and a tiny abrasion in the waistband (see last two photos). Marked size Medium, but since the waist is elastic and the skirt is flowy, I feel it could also fit a Large.
