Spectacular Large Vintage Trypillian Bowl Hand Made Signed Mykola Sokalo

This gorgeous, rare Ukrainian bowl is perfect size for display at 10 wide and 6.5 tall. Hand thrown, painted and signed by the artist, these pieces are typically produced for export during the Trypillian revival movement in the 1990's with this piece most likely made between 1993-1996. The artist is probably from Sokal which is known for fine ceramics and produced wares of this pattern and quality though his name cannot be found in my records. The design is exceptional and shows the artist is professionally trained and highly skilled. The vase is in excellent condition with the exception of two small flea bites on the rim which can't be seen but felt. See photos.
