Manufacturer: Suzuki Violin
Model: No. 280 1983
Size: 1/4 (Suitable for heights around 115cm-125cm)
Set Contents: Violin body, bow, case, rosin

This is a maintained 1/4 size violin, approximately 40 years old, designed for children.
It produces a mild tone, characteristic of Japanese-made instruments.

● Violin Body
There are minor scratches, dents, and scuffs from use, but no particularly noticeable damage. The condition is good for a violin of this era.

● Bow: Unmarked standard stick. A high-performance bow of genuine quality. (Unused, so please apply plenty of rosin before use.)

● Case: TOYO triangular case. Shows signs of age with some wrinkles, fraying, and stains. Not in beautiful condition. Includes one strap. (This case is for transport protection during shipping.)

■ Maintenance: Suzuki genuine new strings have been replaced. Parchment has been applied to the E string on the bridge (to prevent string grooving). A new tailpiece with built-in adjusters has been installed. Pegs have been adjusted, and general adjustments including the soundpost have been made, along with checks for peeling. The instrument has been cleaned and polished to a mirror finish. It is ready to play after tuning and applying rosin to the bow hair.

★ The wood has aged sufficiently over the years, resulting in a full, bright, and clear sound.
Although it is an older violin, there are no functional issues, and it can be used without problems in a general music class.
