Description
Vintage 1940s Excello Chromium baby warming dish features a charming anthropomorphic nursery rhyme design with a clock, moon, and cats. This three-section divided ceramic plate is encased in a metal base designed to hold hot water, complete with a blue screw-top stopper and side handles. The whimsical illustrations include a cat and dog with Bow-wow and Mee-ow speech bubbles, a smiling clock face, and a man-in-the-moon character. Made in the USA, this collectible piece showcases classic mid-century nursery decor styling. Please note the condition issues including a crack in the ceramic near the stopper, a split in the metal rim, and significant wear/discoloration to one handle.
