【Important Notes Regarding Shipping】
⚠️ Standard mail has no tracking or compensation, and delivery is suspended on weekends and holidays.
Depending on your region, if you ship on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, delivery may not occur until Monday or later of the following week (excluding holidays). Please understand that it may take some time from shipping to arrival.

◆※1 → We cannot determine the arrival date.
◆※2 → We copy and paste the address provided by the buyer directly onto the envelope for printing, so we will not make mistakes in the address or ship to an address other than the one provided. (Please check in advance to ensure the address registered by yourself is correct and that there are no missing details such as street numbers.)
◆※3 → If the item does not arrive within one week, we will request a delivery investigation from the post office, so please contact us. (Investigation results may take several weeks.)
Please note that standard mail does not include compensation, so we are not responsible for non-delivery due to postal accidents.

⭕️ If you are concerned, you can change to Yamato Transport's RakuRaku Mercari便, which includes tracking and compensation and delivers on weekends and holidays (+¥300). Please inform us before purchasing. (Ships on weekdays, excluding weekends and holidays.)
⚠️ Purchases within 1 week of the required date are not accepted. We believe you are purchasing with ample time, but we are not responsible if the item does not arrive by your required date. Please make your own judgment.

【Product Condition】
We take photos of the product before and after packing, as well as the envelope, for all transactions as a record and keep them until the transaction is complete.
