It has a wide base and can likely be used for double bass as well.
I'm not sure of the manufacturer, but based on the shape, I believe it's likely an Onstage cello/bass stand, though I cannot be certain. The part where the neck rests has a slightly different closing mechanism.
I'm unsure if this is due to a minor model change.
If it is an Onstage stand, they are typically sold for around ¥23,000. Stands with a sturdy receiving part like this one are not commonly found on the used market.
While there are some scratches from use overall, the construction is solid and there are no issues with functionality.
