Karl Muller No.14 (German) Double Bass Bow
299.00 $
Description
This is a new German bow purchased for just under 120,000 yen at Kurosawa Musical Instruments in February 2024. It was used for a total of approximately 9 months, and has been stored ever since as I retired from playing the double bass.
Place of Origin: Bubenreuth, Germany
Style: Round stick
Materials: Pernambuco (stick), Ebony (frog)
Stamp: K.Muller
Weight: 124g
This is a solid bow, typical of German craftsmanship, yet it features a smaller, rounded frog designed for Japanese players.
This makes it easy to handle for women with smaller hands and beginners.
