Handing fan

Description

I bought this handheld fan for ¥9,800 after seeing it advertised on YouTube. However, I'm selling it because it's a bit too bulky for me and not quite the size I expected. It blows a strong wind, and I used it on the lowest setting for about 3 hours, and it was still cool. It can also be used with a mobile battery.
