[Value: ¥6,400] Silk Screen Cutting Method Set
Cutting Method Set x 4
Not sold separately
I purchased these intending to use them myself, but I have extras, so I'm selling them.
These are products available on Amazon and Rakuten.
I purchased them for making original T-shirts and merchandise.
This is a cutting method that uses an iron to create the printing plates.
It is different from photosensitive methods like T-shirt-kun.
Catalog price: ¥1,600 x 4
Equivalent to ¥6,400!
Sharp lines created by a cutter result in beautiful finishes.
The cutting method for silk screen plate making is the same as the stencil dyeing technique where patterns are cut out of stencil paper. Using the stencil technique, you cut out patterns and text onto varnish paper with a craft knife, and then attach it to the silk screen to create the plate. Since it's a cutting method, it's not suitable for very fine details, but the sharp lines created by the knife are beautiful, and the plates are easy to reproduce. Because the varnish paper is attached to the screen with iron heat, silk is ideal as it is heat-resistant, and a screen mesh of around 100-120 is appropriate.
