This is a Winning (ウィニング) old logo sandbag, model TB-2400.
It's from around the 1980s and has a very distinct vintage feel!

Height is approximately 80cm, and diameter is approximately 29-30cm.
Weight is approximately 13-15kg.

We recommend this more as an interior decoration piece rather than for striking practice like boxing!
There are no tears, and while the leather shows signs of age-related deterioration, it still has enough strength to be hung.
