Description
These are the A and E strings for Pirastro Original Flexocor gut-core double bass strings.
I tried these highly-rated Original Flexocor strings on my double bass, but I immediately replaced the A and E strings with others, so there is no winding breakage where they attach to the bridge.
However, the E string has a slight unevenness in the winding? caused by winding it around the tuning post, but this does not affect playability as it is not part of the playing surface. (Photo 8)
Also, the decorative winding on the tuning post side has slight fraying in a few places. (Photos 3, 4, 7)
The condition is almost new, but I have listed the item condition as No noticeable scratches or dirt for the listing.
The original packaging bag is not included.
