Borderline early to mid 60s!! When textured stockings came out around 1963, they were considered a wonder. The textures were very subtle when they first came out just like these. These are rare and quite the collectible because they were only the beginning of the crazy styles that followed. Color is off black/dark gray. Most sought-after because these are not only a dark color but they are flat knit stockings, not mesh or stretch mesh. Textured! From right around 1963. They have reinforced toe and sandal heel.
