Rare 1940s Škrdlovice Czech Art Glass Pink Scroll Oxblood Vase Emanuel Beránek

65.00 $
Description
This exquisite mid-century studio art glass piece was designed by the legendary Emanuel Beránek in 1945 for the renowned Škrdlovice glassworks (Czechoslovakia). It features his highly collectible Antique Glass styling, characterized by a heavily textured, bubbly body that beautifully catches the light. (It resembles thick suds in a bubble bath or a sink when washing dishes, truly stunning!) Frosted, bubbly pulegoso glass body with vibrant oxblood/burgundy speckled enamel splatters at the rim and base. Beautifully detailed, applied pastel pink scroll/ram-horn style handles. The applied glass handles are fully intact and secure. Excellent vintage condition! No chips, cracks, or repairs. A few rough spots where bubbles 'popped' not damage (see photos). Includes the rare original green and gold export sticker/tag. Please review all photos as they are part of the description.
