Peanuts 200g

[Recipe ① Roasted Peanuts]
★1: Spread the peanuts on a large, flat plate so they don't overlap.
★2: Heat in the microwave (700W) for 2 minutes.
★3: Mix the peanuts on the plate, spread them out again without overlapping, and heat in the microwave (700W) for 1 minute.
★4: Repeat step ★3 2-3 times, watching carefully.
★5: Let them cool as they are, and they're ready ♡

[Ingredients]
Peanuts 200g
Oil                Enough to cover
Salt                2-3 pinches

★1: Place the peanuts in a frying pan and pour in enough oil to cover them. (Less oil is also acceptable.)
★2: Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, and fry for about 10 minutes. (It's safer to switch to low heat towards the end.)
★3: Once the peanuts turn a light golden brown, remove them from the oil, drain, and sprinkle with salt. They are now ready.

Tips:
Fry slowly at a low temperature.
Even after removing from the oil, they will continue to cook from the residual heat, so remove them before they become completely golden brown. (Check the color of the skins and taste as you go.)
