Vintage 2001 Home Interiors Gold Wall Pocket Planters Sconces Pair

Ornate matching pair of vintage Home Interiors & Gifts wall pockets featuring an antiqued gold finish and elaborate French-inspired scrollwork. Each has a deep half-round pocket decorated with raised floral swags, scrolling leaves, fluted columns and fleur-de-lis-style details.  These large wall pockets can be displayed empty or used to hold faux flowers, greenery, dried arrangements or other lightweight decorative accents. Their dramatic gold finish works beautifully with French country, Hollywood Regency, Victorian, maximalist and Old World interiors.  Sold as a matching pair. Faux flowers are not included. Carrollton, Texas Made in USA No. 5078 MMI, indicating 2001  Measurements  Each measures approximately:  18 inches tall 6 inches wide Approximately 4 inches deep at the pocket  Please refer to the measurement photographs for additional detail.  Condition  Good vintage condition with normal cosmetic wear from age and display. There are scattered light scratches, rub marks and small areas of finish wear, including a darker mark near the lower front of one pocket. The molded plastic or resin construction remains intact, and both pieces retain their wall-hanging teeth on the backs.
