NYCO International cloisonné enamel bell, floral & dove design in Victorian style. Copper base with hand-applied enamel detailing. Includes box and original paper card. Box has handwritten inscription (To Mom from Rob 12/96). Made in USA.  ~ 3 tall. Very nice condition.
