Up for sale is a beautiful vintage set of five (5) hand-painted porcelain lusterware dessert / bread plates. They feature a stunning, vibrant Art Deco lakeside cottage landscape with tall trees against a sunset sky. The edges are finished with a classic iridescent peach/orange luster border. **Details & Specifications:** - Brand/Manufacturer: Trico (Tashiro Shoten Ltd.) - Origin: Nagoya, Japan - Era: Circa 1930s - 1940s - Backstamp: Stamped in red Hand Painted TRICO Nagoya-Japan - Diameter: 6 inches **Condition Report:** Overall good vintage condition. The hand-painted imagery remains remarkably bright, crisp, and colorful across all pieces. There is a chip on the border of one plate. The paint looks rough on one plate. One plate has a minor surface scratch on the front paint (closely documented in the photos). These are fairly old and delicate plates that have held up well.
