Vintage European Folk Art Man Figure Wood Look Hand Painted Traveler Figure 5.5"

This vintage figure appears to be wooden and carved but its very light so I am leaning towards a wood resin mixture of some sort, this folk art figure depicts a smiling traveler carrying a colorful cloth bundle over his shoulder. The figure features detailed paint, as well as very well made hand-painted facial features, black jacket, red bow tie, and shoes, giving it wonderful rustic European folk art character. The exact maker and country of origin are unknown, but it appears to be a vintage European-style souvenir or artisan carving. A charming display piece for collectors of folk art, carved wood figurines, or vintage rustic décor. 5.5 inches tall Condition is very good vintage condition with light age-appropriate wear from display. The cloth bundle remains attached, and the carving displays nicely. Please review all photos for the best representation of condition. Minor fray of thread for small piece of material on front Thank you for visiting, feel free to make offers or bundle items. Any questions please send me a message and I will answer promptly.
