Product Description

The popular shape-memory polyester pleats are now available in an Aikido hakama!
The pleats are resistant to fading and require no ironing!
Pleated hakama were developed in response to customer requests for a solution to the problem of hakama pleats disappearing after every wash. This is a shape-memory type hakama.
The pleats are resistant to fading even after washing, eliminating the need for ironing, making it a great ally for busy individuals. It maintains a beautiful appearance!

The waistband uses a durable yet soft special rubber material. This prevents injury to the lower back during ukemi (falling techniques).
The hakama obi also features seven stitches, allowing for a secure fit around the waist and accommodating the unique movements of Aikido.
