vintage Mid-Century Modern (MCM) Bond Ware or knobbly glass candle holder/votive cup  Key Details Origin & Era: These distinctive colorful pieces were manufactured in Japan during the 1960s and 1970s. They were distributed by importers like Fiesta Import and Counterpoint.  Design Features: It is characterized by its heavy clear glass base studded with large, raised, multi-colored glass cabochons (or pebbles). This technique creates a textured, bumpy aesthetic frequently referred to as knobbly or jeweled glass  colorful, stained-glass glow when lit, they are also frequently collected as miniature decorative accent vases  Paint has worn off as seen in photos ~~ Still an amazing piece!!
