Leica SOOKY M

Description
Excerpt from the internet:
Close-up attachment for Leica M-mount. Product codes are SOOKY-M or SOMKY, later 16507.
This accessory allows for close-up photography from approximately 1m to 0.5m when a collapsible Summicron 50mm f2 or Elmar 50mm f2.8 is collapsed and attached. When attaching a rigid-body Summicron, the lens head must be removed and the UOORF/16508 adapter inserted in between.
Although released for the Leica M3, it can also be used with current digital Leica M-mount cameras. To attach a lens, firmly push the collapsible part in and rotate clockwise to secure it.
This is an accessory that close-up enthusiasts will want to try at least once.
There is a slight cloudiness or smudging on the viewfinder glass, but visibility is not affected. This is a rare item. Thank you for your consideration.
