Antique Sterling Silver and CZ Red rhinestone ring w/ halo‎ of cz diamonds!

I forgot I had this piece! I had to really polish it up and bring it back to life. It was a dingy piece until I cleaned it. There is a 5mm bright red round cut rhinestone at the center. It's surrounded by a halo of clear (kind of yellow because of age) glass or cz faceted diamonds.  It's not marked 925, but I did acid test this piece to be sure it was sterling silver. It's really a stunning work of art and they don't make pieces like this anymore. Size 7.5 Please inspect and enlarge the pictures to assess the condition of the item for yourself.
