Beautiful antique Victorian-style stickpin featuring a detailed, reverse-carved glass intaglio head. The translucent glass insert depicts a striking Neo-Classical profile of a Roman or Greek figure, captured under a smooth, domed glass front face. The decorative head is securely held by substantial, period-correct metal prongs within a heavily textured, coin-edge gold-tone bezel. The reverse side features a beautifully detailed concentric ring pattern and a hand-soldered loop attachment connecting the head to the long pin stem.
