Vintage Sterling Silver‎ and Enamel House Charm/Pendant!

Helping a friend sell off her vast collection of charms/pendants. A lot of these are rare and unique, and I was happy to help her liquidate. A lot of these charms needed to be cut off of a bracelet. I am more than happy to attach a ring (bail) to it if you would like one. This house has a little bit of enamel left on it. The grass is in tact, but I think the roof was suppose to be red at some point. Marked Sterling under the house. Measures about 17mm long, 12mm wide, 9mm tall. Please inspect and enlarge the pictures to assess the condition of the item for yourself. Please ask any questions you might have. New/Vintage/Pre-owned/antique items are being sold as is.
