Pre-owned, no visible wear. These look like they sat in a drawer most of their life. Royal blue nylon shell with a mesh lining. Elastic waistband, no drawstring. Made in Hong Kong, which puts these solidly in vintage territory. My hunch is late 70s or 80s but I can't confirm that. Tagged size Large.
