Eydie Mae's Natural Recipes for the Live Foods Gourmetby  by Eydie Mae Hunsberger and Chris Loeffler Published 1978 Production House Corporation  Hunsberger followed the Ann Wigmore sytem for healing her cancer (that's another book). She developed this recipe book along those lines, but with allowances for people who just want to eat more healthily, instead of jumping whole hog into serious rigid raw vegan rules. The recipes are coded as to how to choose which ones according to what you want to achieve (i.e., you're trying to cure something, or do a detox; you're just interested in raw vegan food; you're transitioning). The recipes are simple and delicious, and, for the most part, do not require any advanced equipment.  Good pre-owned/vintage condition showing some wear.
