Vintage 1970s Party Blousen Dress Dolman Sleeves Blue Embroidered Flowers Medium

Pretty blue 1970s blouson style dress, possibly hand tailored. Dolman sleeves are wide and loose fit at the shoulder and armscye, extending from the chiffon-style bodice with no distinct shoulder seam. The waist comes in and the skirt immediately tapers out to a flowy knee-length. It is blue with embroidered pink flowers and printed green stems. It comes with the matching tie belt.  Measurements: Label Size 18-1/2, Modern M-L Bust: 38'' Waist: 30'' Hips: 40'' Length: 39.5''  Condition: Good gently used condition, no stains or holes. Comes with original tie belt.  Please note: I measure my clothing items flat across the front of the item and double the measurement as it would fit a person. Vintage sizing (especially before the 1980s) was different, so make sure to know your measurements to make sure it will fit. I use a cloth tape for sizing. I live in a smoke-free, pet-friendly home and I wash clothing in perfume and dye-free detergent.
