This dress was made in the 80s but has a 1940s silhouette, with a wrap-style look and shoulder pads. It has a lightweight gray tweed fabric and buttons at the waist. Some snaps keep the waist and bust securely closed. It comes with a belt that loops through and has deep front pockets. Made in the USA. Size: Modern Medium to Large Size. It does say petite, but it is on my natural waist, and I am 5'8''. Bust: 40'', Waist: 30'', Hips: 38'', Waist to Hem: 23.5'' Length: 41.5'' Condition: VG condition, no stains or holes.
