Set of 5 blk large Japanese bowls w/floral designs & red interior new

Set of 5 blk large Japanese food bowls w/floral designs & red interior new These bowls were purchased by me in Japan in 1998. Never used--kept on display only. These vintage bowls represent Japanese lacquerware (urushi) celebrated for their durability and high-gloss finish. This specific set showcases a sophisticated black exterior adorned with a delicate floral design of various colors contrasted by a vibrant vermillion red interior. Each bowl has a 6 1/4 inch interior diameter and measures 2 inches from base to rim. There is no manufacturer information on the bottom of the bowls The Kanji characters on the side of the bowls translate to Yumi Katsura, a famous Japanese designer. Only 4 bowls are shown in the provided pictures, but there are in fact 5 bowls in the set..
