Pearl Flute states that it is not compatible with the headjoints of PF series flutes such as PF505, 525, and 665.
It is generally compatible with models from Dolce Primo and above,
and is stated to be attachable only to handmade headjoints (PHN-1, PHN-3, VO, VC, FOR).
Depending on the condition of the individual item, technician intervention may be required.
I was able to attach it to my Dolce Primo PHN-9 headjoint. It was not compatible with Sankyo headjoints.
There are visible scratches on the top.
Details have been removed from the HP, so it may be discontinued. I believe it was sold from around 2016.
