Vintage Egyptian Cotton Napkins Set of 6 Made in Egypt Pharaoh Chariot Egyptian
Unbranded
Vintage set of six matching Egyptian cotton cloth napkins made in Egypt. Each napkin features a detailed printed design depicting an ancient Egyptian pharaoh riding a horse-drawn chariot in a classic Egyptian Revival style with brown, black, and golden yellow accents on a cream background. Background has cartouche with heiroglyphics and a fallen soldier ? with a dog. These napkins appear to have been stored together for many years and retain their crisp appearance. They are a wonderful addition to a vintage table setting, Egyptian décor collection, or travel souvenir collection. A similar set has been found with original retail packaging identifying the maker as Z Arts; however, this set no longer has its original label or packaging, so it is being sold as unbranded Set of 6 matching napkins Made in Egypt Egyptian cotton Printed pharaoh and horse-drawn chariot design Brown, black, and golden yellow on a cream background Finished hemmed edges Approximately 13 x 13 each (hand measured; slight variation between napkins) Condition:Excellent vintage condition. A few small scattered marks and specks are present on some napkins from age and storage; some may also be associated with the original printing or manufacturing process.
