I purchased it used, so I don't know when it was made. I think it's a very rare item.
Regarding the condition, the handle is made of wood, so there is a feeling of use. There are also stains and sun-faded areas on the fabric.
However, the construction and stitching are solid, so it can still be used. The stitching of the camouflage pattern, in particular, is a distinctive and cool design.
