It was produced in Taxco, Mexico, a historic hub globally renowned for its masterful silversmithing.    Key Characteristics & Origins -  Design Technique: The centerpiece features a stylized, textured soaring eagle using an overlay technique. In this process, a top silver sheet with a hand-cut design is soldered onto a darkened, oxidized bottom layer to create depth. While traditionally pioneered by Native American Hopi artists, Mexican silversmiths in Taxco regularly adapted these successful geometric tribal and native motifs during the mid-to-late 20th century.
