YAMAHA Flute 211s Body with E mechanism, main tube pad replaced

This is a YAMAHA 211S flute made of nickel silver.

It comes with a case and cleaning rod. It was adjusted at the end of last year and has only been tested since then. It plays well from the lowest C to the C in the third octave! I think the nickel silver produces a soft yet solid sound. The photos don't do it justice, but it's in good condition.

All the pads on the main body have been replaced. Flutes have many keys, so replacing the pads is expensive! They have been replaced, not just adjusted. I was told the foot joint pads didn't need replacing yet, so they are original. Pads are consumables, so please replace them when the time comes.

As this is a used item, there are minor dents and small scratches. Please refer to the photos. There are no issues with playing. In fact, I think you can use it without worry and take it out for practice. I believe daily practice is essential for musical instruments, so please use it extensively every day, perhaps stopping by a karaoke box or studio before or after work, and then step up to a new instrument when you feel ready. I also think it would be suitable for outdoor use.

Pad replacement and adjustment cost around 30,000 yen, which is why I've set the price at this level. This flute holds sentimental value for me, but I have other flutes, so I'm listing it in hopes that someone who wants to start playing the flute will use it a lot.

This is definitely a flute that produces a good sound, so please consider it.
